How to Register Online with Holroyd Rangers Soccer Club Inc

Find your team

Enter postcode '2161' to find 'Holroyd Rangers Soccer Club'

Click on 'Start my Registration' and click on 'Get Started'

Fill in your details and proceed, remember to link your family members.

Select the appropriate role (Coach, Committee Member, player, etc)

Add your personal details and follow the prompts.

At the Terms and Conditions page you can read and tick each section, or scroll to the bottom and tick Acknowledge All. The next button should then appear. Click Next to proceed.

At the Payment page the total amount of registration fee that is owing should be displayed. You can pay through Play Football or you can select Manual Payment at Club, your registration is ONLY approved once your manual payment is received in full. Payment options are listed below.

If you have an active kids voucher you can enter the number and click on apply voucher.

Respond to any additional questions as appropriate then click Save All Answers.

To be sure your on-line registration is complete make sure you reach the Finish page where you should see the words “Registration submitted” in green text.

Important: Your registration is NOT complete until all documents and FULL payment have been received. Once these documents and payment are received, and the player and team details are confirmed, you will be officially registered with Holroyd Rangers.

Payment of registration fees can be done 1 of 3 ways:
Pay online through Play Football at time of registration
or
Pay by direct debit into our Westpac Bank Account

All new players will need to attend our clubhouse to:

Provide proof of ID (eg drivers license, birth certificate, passport, etc).

Sit for a photo for your player profile (only for any new players to our club for U9s and over, and for any returning players whose age they turn this year is a multiple of 3, eg: 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24, 27, etc).
2025 Registration Fees
Scouts (3 and 4 Year Old's) - $160
Under 5 to 11 - $280
Under 12 to 18 - $360
Adults (18+) - $430
Over 30 Ladies - $400
Over 35, 45 & 55 Men - $400
Ladies Premier League - $550
Ladies Division 1 - $475
X-League 1 - $550
X-League 2 - $475
In 2025, ALL PLAYERS receive a brand new jersey, shorts, socks and a training jersey at no additional cost.
*Additional jerseys can be purchased for $45ea, shorts $35ea and socks $20ea.
We also have a range of club branded merchandise available in our uniform shop.
WPL, Ladies Division 1, X-League 1 and 2 in addition to the above receive an away kit, polo shirt, tracksuit and backpack.
Cancellation and Refund Fees

Refunds are based on expenditure the club has incurred at the time, these amounts are non negotiable.
Please ensure when you register you are committing to the season as the club purchases and advertises based on registration numbers early on in the year.
Holroyd Rangers Soccer Club reserve the right to deny any refund at any point in time if the player has not met their obligations as a player, this includes but is not limited to; disciplinary matters at both association or club level, attendance to training and games, misrepresenting the club, bringing the game into disrepute, failure to return club property.
Early-bird Discount - Register and pay in full before 30 January 2025 to receive $20 off.
(Early-bird Discount can be combined with the sibling discount)
Sibling Discount - 2nd and each sibling thereafter will receive $20 off per sibling.

General information

Under 6 to Under 11 team play Small Sided Football on Saturday mornings.

Boys, Men and Mixed team from Under 12s and up play on Saturdays.

Boys and Mens teams are available in age groups U12s - U18s, U21s, All Age Men, Over 35 Men, Over 45 Men and Over 55 Men.

X-League 1& 2 and Over 30 Women's teams play on Friday nights
-
Girls and Womens team play on Sundays.
-
Girls and Womens competitions are available in U6s to U21s, All Age Ladies and Over 30s.
Training days and times are decided after teams are formed and coaches and managers are appointed.
Enquiries are also welcome from anyone interested in bringing whole teams to our club. (Incentives on Offer)
Competition start date
Competition commences late March/early April (Women's Premier League mid March) and runs until mid-August with finals (for ages 12 and up) played from mid-August to early September.
